Dale has over 35 years of industry experience. Dale began his career as an independent agent at his family agency in Wisconsin. From there he moved to CNA Insurance where he worked for 21 years, ultimately ascending to the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Agency Officer of CNA Personal Lines. For CNA, he managed the branch offices in Grand Rapids, St. Louis, and Wisconsin. During his career, Dale has served the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) Board of Governors, Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) Company Council of Executive Officers, and the Board of Directors of Agency Management Systems (AMS). Dale recently retired from Safeco Insurance Company. Dale brings his extensive experience and commitment to helping agents succeed to Advantage Partners team.
